When I met with my mentor on Wednesday, October 21st during D block, we discussed methods of effective communication for my project and presentation. I brainstormed ideas for my project and decided that the most effective, and fun, way would be to exchange practices with the football team- have the football team do the cheerleading practice and cheerleaders do the football practice.

When I met with my mentor on Monday, November 2nd during D block, we discussed what has been occurring with my project and what I need to catch up on due to an absence from the class. We spoke about my project and I went to speak with Mr. Shelly about my project too. Mrs. Lewis and I looked over my thesis sentence and discussed it, rewording it to make it more beneficial to my research and topic of interest without having it too narrow. When I met with my mentor or Wednesday, November 11th we discussed my project. Mr. Kell had denied my hands-on project at one point then after having a conversation with him; he approved it again but told me that I needed a written proposal as well as parent permission slips signed by all participants of football and cheerleading. Mrs. Lewis helped me get a written proposal together that I gave to both Mr. Kell and Coach Shelly during that meeting. Mrs. Lewis also helped me in making a parent permission slip form signed and copied to get to the football team and cheerleaders. Evidence of this can be found in my written proposal and permission slips.

When I met with my mentor on Tuesday, November 17th to examine my hands-on project after school that day, Mrs. Lewis helped me to make sure everything was properly planned out. She helped me to clarify any last minute confusion and clear up problem areas to ensure that everything would run smoothly. We went to go meet with Mr. Kell but he was unavailable so we spoke with Lindsey to make sure everything was finalized and ready to go.
When I met with my mentor on Wednesday, November 18th during C block, we interpreted the progress of my hands-on project went. We decided that overall, things had gone better than expected and that I had gained a lot of information from the survey I issued and the pictures I took were very meaningful.

Mr. Kell had denied my hands-on project at one point then after having a conversation with him; he approved it again but told me that I needed a written proposal as well as parent permission slips signed by all participants of football and cheerleading. Mrs. Lewis helped me get a written proposal together that I gave to both Mr. Kell and Coach Shelly during that meeting. Mrs. Lewis also helped me in making a parent permission slip form signed and copied to get to the football team and cheerleaders. When I met with my mentor on Tuesday, November 17th to examine my hands-on project after school that day, Mrs. Lewis helped me to make sure everything was properly planned out. She helped me to clarify any last minute confusion and clear up problem areas to ensure that everything would run smoothly. We went to go meet with Mr. Kell but he was unavailable so we spoke with Lindsey to make sure everything was finalized and ready to go.
When I met with my mentor on Wednesday, November 18th during C block, we interpreted the progress of my hands-on project went. We decided that overall, things had gone better than expected and that I had gained a lot of information from the survey I issued and the pictures I took were very meaningful.

When I met with my mentor during D block on Thursday, December 4th and Monday, December 8th, Mrs. Lewis and I discussed how my project was progressing and what else had to be done. Throughout the meetings, we determined that everything was finished and would be ready to hand in by the deadline.
