Acknowledgements

First and foremost, I would like to thank my mentor, Mrs. Natalie Lewis, for everything that she has done for me throughout this semester. She went beyond her expectations to help me excel in my project. When issues occurred, Mrs. Lewis helped me work through them in a calm and confident matter. I would like to send my deepest appreciation to her for all of her efforts to help me work out alternative options when things were not going the way I had planned.
I also appreciate all the help I received from Mr. Chris Shelly and Mr. Mike Kell in making my hand-on project a success. Mr. Kell helped me get all of the paperwork in order while Mr. Shelly helped me to figure out what I could and could not do in the hands-on practice switch project.
I would also like to thank the varsity football players who came out to help me with the practice and took time after their season had ended to participate. I would like to thank Matt Moncayo, Russell Souders, Mike Porrini, Justin Peyton, Aaron Mapp, Jon Dauphin, Calvin Speight, Clay Ewell, Ben Hasday, and Luke Wheatley for their participation. I would also like to give a special thanks to Tonye Johnson for helping me notify the football players about the practice, getting out permission slips, and collecting the signed slips.
Finally, I would also like to thank the Varsity Cheerleading squad for all of their help and hard work. They helped to collect permission slips from football players for the hands-on project. These girls were very patience during the practice and put all of their energy into it. My fellow cheerleaders supported me through everything and without them, this project would have never been possible.
